You're right adri. AFAIK Ime Prezakias was first recorded in 1930's. When rembetiko was living its golden age. The singer of the old record Rosa Eskinazi (or Obraissa) is the goddess of rembetiko. The original version is about a cocainy and weedy day. You can also hear a revised version in Haris Alexiou's Keramikos album. But she changed the name of the song to "Ouzo Otan Piesis" or something like that and in the song she says ouzo instead of cocaine and weed. greekturkish/shakehead.gif
