Still Greece has large depts Turkey has large debts too, so I don't know what your point is. And actually, how do you think the EU has money to fund infrastructure projects across the EU? That's right Nutuk, the money comes from all EU member states. So in a way, Greece is getting back some of the money it contributes. On the other hand, Turkey also receives EU funds. But Turkey does not contribute any cash like Greece does. So I guess you could say, the real parasite is Turkey. Imagine the USA giving California or Florida funds. It is providing funding to its states. The funds it has available to allocate to its states, come from the states them selves(and federal taxes). |
