For about a year now my computer at home has given me trouble. It was either working to slow or it would crash on me. I found a great deal on a Macbook Pro and now I am very happy.
I paid $850 for a used laptop that has a 15 inch monitor with an aluminum cover. In stores it goes for $2100 new. I'm just wondering if anyone else owns a Macbook and can tell me what they think of it. So far I've heard nothing but good reviews about them.

Macs are kickass computers my friend. I personally use a 17" macbook pro and use a new 24" iMac in the office (these aluminium cases rock). I can say that you've made a great choice. It never crashes, never leaves you on the half way and works perfectly for a very long time (when compared with pc's). Mac OSX Leopard is also 10 years ahead of Vista. You'll love your computer more and more everyday.

Everything you say is what I have heard from many people. I think 2% of the world's computer users have an apple computer and because of that there is not many viruses made for it. I also got a wireless router and I love being able to take my Mac and use it anywhere in my home.

macs are flashy, yes, but they're not all they're hyped up to be imo, they had their first virus a while back
