Looks like Gustav is heading toward New Orleans on the third anniversary of Katrina. It's a level 3 hurricane presently but it's moving at around 11 mph which will certainly increase the intensity. Dallas will undoubtedly get major rainfall as it dissipates over land. Hopefully the government is better prepared for this thing. Poor New Orleans.
