that's an alevi dance which is still very popular in Konya and karaman provinces in Turkey. Look at their dressers ffs... The red resembles the "Qizilbash" and its also an "holy" colour inbetween the Alevis.

Agree 100% with Dayi, that "Greek" dance is infact alevi. Everything from the music to the dance is Turkish in that example I'm afraid :)
